Terms & Conditions

•  Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time are 1400 hrs and 1200 hrs respectively
•  Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by hotel,transportation department and any new tax by the government.
•  Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
•  Package rates are valid as per the above mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified.
•  Should the period of stay or room type change, above rates will not be valid.
•  Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. A surcharge will be levied
•  Above rates are valid on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together
•  The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of confirmation of the booking.
•  This price is based on the current rate of exchange.
•  No refund for unutilized services
•  If the guest wishes to change itinerary or places after booking of package, you are required to pay the price difference.
•  The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
•  Sometimes due to unforeseen situations need may arise for us to make slight changes to tour itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
•  In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
•  Inter connecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability
•  Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 90 minutes from the touchdown of the flight. If the customer is delayed then from for 1 hour an extra amount will be charged
•  For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our me/transport manager at least 48 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability
•  Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
•  Strictly NO Refund for un-utilized services once booking made confirmed
•  Rates quoted are based on USD for specified No. of persons
•  No amendment( name changes , date changes, hotel change etc) will be done once the booking is guaranteed
•  We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally
•  We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
•  Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
•  The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
•  Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions

•  It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
•  In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.

An exhibition of indonesia’s 27 provinces traditional houses , built in original size with their various architectural-design and art & handicrafts display . Visit to the bird park is also included. It is a must for every visitor to Indonesia.

Day 4

Kintamani Lake and Volcano Private Tour ( Bali )

First stop is the stone carving village of Batubulan to see the colorful and exciting Barong Dance. After the performance, drive through to the village of Celuk, famous for its gold and silver works. You can watch skilled artisans creating exquisite pieces from gold and silver.

Then continue to the Balinese countryside to Mas - a village famous for its impressive woodcarvings, where you can see artisans chipping intricate design from blocks of wood.

Next visit is to the mysterious Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave), which dates back to the 3rd century. Hewn out of the rocks, the cave entrance is fantastically carved and depicts entangled leaves, animals, ocean waves and demonic human shapes.

Your route takes you further inland through terraced rice fields and up into the mountains, where the vegetation changes from small rice and vegetable plots to bamboo forests and citrus fruit trees. There will also be a visit to local village on route during the day. On arrival at Kintamani, enjoy spectacular views of Mount Batur, with ribbons of black lava running down from its peak in the valley below. The crater is holy and a sanctuary at the top is dedicated to fertility goddess. Next to Mount Batur, Lake Batur shimmers like a sheet of blue glass - a wonderful photographic opportunity. Free time will be given for you to take your lunch at local restaurant in Kintamani.

The route back to your hotel takes you to one Bali's holy springs. The waters are believed to have magic curative powers and people journey from all over Bali to purify themselves in the clear bathing pools. In Ubud, the artistic heart of Bali, visit one of the many art galleries and watch the artists at work.

Day 5

Bedugul and Singaraja North Coast Mountain Tour from Bali ( Bali )

Explore the tranquil rural countryside of Bali as you travel the whole length of the island, journeying through the central mountains to Singaraja and Lovina Beach on the North Coast.

In the mountains the vegetation changes and you'll see cabbages, maize and potatoes. Higher still, the countryside is alpine with mosses, creepers and ferns. Visit Candi Kuning Fruit and Flower Market with its exotic wild orchids, roses and even strawberries!

In Bedugul, an attractive mountain resort located 850 meters above sea level, serene Lake Beratan fills the ancient crater of Mount Batukaru and the local people honour the goddess of the lake at a temple built on small strip of land.

Stop for a walk through tropical rainforest to see Gitgit Waterfall before going on to the old town of Singaraja, Bali's former capital, on the north coast of Bali. Along the coast towards Lovina, where we stop for lunch, is a fabulous black sand beach.

Day 6

Sunset Dinner Cruise ( Bali )

Watch the colors of the sky change from just a hint of a colour to shades of deeper orange, purple and red while you cruise along the harbor sipping a drink on the open-air top deck of the Bali Hai II. Enjoy the sunset usually only seen on beautiful pictures. This time it is you making the magnificent photographs and memories that will last a lifetime.
As the sun goes down we set off on a relaxing cruise around Benoa Harbour in South Bali aboard our luxury catarmaran, Bali Hai II. As you take in the cool night air on the top deck you will be entertained by our live musical entertainers. This is followed by a delicious international buffet dinner before you can dance the night away at our disco or enjoy our live cabaret show.
