Terms & Conditions

•  Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time are 1400 hrs and 1200 hrs respectively
•  Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by hotel,transportation department and any new tax by the government. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
•  Package rates are valid as per the above mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified. Should the period of stay or room type change, above rates will not be valid.
•  Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. A surcharge will be levied
•  Above rates are valid on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together
•  The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of confirmation of the booking. This price is based on the current rate of exchange.
•  No refund for unutilized services
•  If the guest wishes to change itinerary or places after booking of package, you are required to pay the price difference.
•  The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
•  Sometimes due to unforeseen situations need may arise for us to make slight changes to tour itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
•  In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
•  Inter connecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability
•  Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 90 minutes from the touchdown of the flight. If the customer is delayed then from for 1 hour an extra amount will be charged
•  For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our me/transport manager at least 48 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability
•  Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
•  Strictly NO Refund for un-utilized services once booking made confirmed
•  Rates quoted are based on USD for specified No. of persons
•  No amendment( name changes , date changes, hotel change etc) will be done once the booking is guaranteed

 Day 1

Tbilisi International Airport - Hotel ( Tbilisi )

Welcome to Tbilisi. Upon arrival at the Airport you will be met by our local representative who will transfer you to the city hotel.

Full Day Tbilisi City Tour ( Tbilisi )

Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. The tour begins with a visit to Metekhi church (12th – 13th cent.), cross cupola church, part of the Royal residential complex. During sightseeing, you will visit the district of Sulphur bath houses, favourite place of Tbilisi citizens and its guests; stroll narrow streets of the Old Town, enjoying views of traditional architecture. Visit Sioni Cathedral (7th – 19th cent.) that has been ransacked, and damaged many times through its history. Despite all the havoc and destruction, Sioni Cathedral has survived and at present may be considered as a symbol of the city. Visit Narikala Fortress, the main citadel of the city, which overlooks the oldest part of Tbilisi. During centuries Narikala was considered to be the best strategic point, and every ruler, local or invader was adding some new construction to previous fortification. Continue to Anchiskhati basilica and bell tower (6th –18th cent.), Rustaveli Avenue and Sameba Cathedral (2004). The last point of interest to be visited is the National Museum of Fine Arts. The Museum houses the best-known samples of Georgian artwork. The permanent exhibitions display artworks from medieval times up to 20th century.

Day 2

Full day trip to Mtskheta, Gori & Uplistsikhe ( Tbilisi )

The tour starts from Tbilisi. Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. The tour begins with a visit to Jvari Church (6th -7th cc), the most important religious center and an architectural masterpiece of mediaeval Georgia. Enjoy breathtaking view from the church that towers over the city of Mtskheta. Continue to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, known as the burial site of Christ's robe and the second largest church building in the country. The Cathedral has long been the principal Georgian church and remains one of the most venerated places of worship to this day. Take an excursion to Uplistsikhe, an ancient cave town and one of the oldest urban settlements in Georgia. The town represents a complex of various structures dating from the 12 cent. BC to the 17th cent. AD. Finish your tour at Stalin's Museum in Gori, dedicated to the life of Joseph Stalin.

Day 3

Full Day Kakheti – City of Georgian Wine ( Tbilisi )

It’s time to visit eastern Georgia, Kakheti region. First of all, you will visit Bodbe, St. Georg’s Monastery , where is the tomb of St. Nino. Thousands of people are coming here from all over the world. You will continue with Sighnaghi-city of Love.. Here after small excursion youwill visit local wine cellar by American, you will be introduced with Georgian traditional methods of wine making and taste best wines.
Next stop is Kvareli- famous winery Khareba- It is seven and
a half kilometers-long, subterranean wine-storage complex, cut into the rock of the Caucasus mountain range. Its special characteristics ensure that at any time of the year, the temperature is a constant 10° - 11° Celsius. Here the renowned regional wine is aged in oak barrels. You will participate in traditional sweet -Churchkhela - making and bake your own Georgian bread.

Late lunch at the winery with special wine and atmosphere will end your journey to Kakheti and you will leave this region with intention to come again!

Free time to spend as per your interests. You can relax at the hotel and enjoy the recreational activities available (subject to direct payment if chargeable) or explore the surroundings on your own.
Alternatively, you can replace this option with any other sightseeing tour available in this package.

Day 5

Hotel - Tbilisi International Airport ( Tbilisi )

Today after breakfast , Check out from hotel and get transferred to the airport for your journey to further destination.
